ehcp uses basically debian's package manager, apt-get,
so, any operating system that has apt-get support, can be used to install ehcp onto.

debian, ubuntu, kubuntu and so on... can be used to install ehcp.

i have no idea if mac OS X has apt-get ?

anyway, if you can run apt-get on OS X or any other linux/unix, then you may install ehcp..
