Anyone custom designed their control panel's?

I've been trying to custom template mine, But im having problems as ive never skinned a control panel before

I want to skin my control panel with something simular to FastHosts control panel's

Ive just had an idea,

Why dont you add a page where user's can submit their free templates?

Very nice idea. I will prepare one and put here (and other places) the link.
In fact, you may post as an article, by adding as a file attachement.
