Can you add a second FTP user to a subdirectory ftp

/var/www/vhosts/cafsftp/cafsltd.com/httpdocs/VallyReg
is the directory is there a GUI to do this or should i follow the how to to add a second user?

Using Version 0.29.11

I figured it out just add a new ftp with sub directory to the SAME sub directory.
