setting new domain in ehcp panel - how to

Hi

I have a registered domain with ns1 and ns2 pointing to a server with ubuntu 8.10 and ehcp running well which is accessible by pointing in the browser the ip of the server.

In the echp panel I've cliecked Add domain in the Main menu and filled all the fields. What should I do now? Should I wait the domain to propagate? How long?
