there is a module for to have a front for to get domains for end user?

if yes where i can find it?

i did not understand your question.

do you ask for a frontend (gui) for list of domains?
or,
an api for getting list of domains, programatically ?

not yet.
this may be implemented later, but it is not in near roadmap of ehcp.
if some programmer helps on this, maybe we can do it.
