wikipedia page for ehcp

Can somebody setup a page for ehcp in wikipedia ?

The page was in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ehcp but deleted by wikipedia,
as wiki guides say, I cannot write an article that belongs to my product…
Some of ehcp lovers started ehcp article on wikipedia, but they deleted because “it is not notable”.
I started to think that wikipedia is againts open-source software. they contain well information about closed-source, non-free software… such as plesk… including version numbers.. (I dont understand what is encyclopedic value of plesk version numbers ?)
