About a php bug affecting ehcp-Timezone database is corrupt

as you see in this post, php without latest versions have a bug with date function with specific locales. so, i fyou get errors like Timezone database is corrupt in your console, while trying to run ehcp in daemon mode, you need to upgrade your php cli.

this is the case in debian 4.0
this causes php daemon to stop running.
