backup wasnt work!!!

I lost everything i had on ehcp, i use backup and i thought it would get backup of mysql but it didnt after in reinstall server and ehcp i see that there is no db!!!
i lost everything..............

  • did you backup your files and mysql ?
  • did you do a restore after reinstall ?

    I just use backup from ehcp control panel and thought it would backup file and database which i was wrong.
    after i install os and ehcp again and want to restore i saw that there is no database in that file and the restore funcition didnt work at all i just create domains and install the cmss again.
